Revival of my entry.<br /><br />I had a great weekend @ my hometown. Took 2 days off work, and there were my nieces and nephew at HOME. Loving it, always love them :) So, I took an extra effort to meet <a href="http://www.anna-sweet-bakery.blogspot.com/">K Anna</a> of ASB. It was a promise to come over and had a pack or two of her premix chocolate moist cake. However, I took three.<br /><br />Got so excited, I reached home around 9pm and dash to get the cake mix prepared. The ingredients are simple, I was confident to have it all at home. A simple recipe.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Crepe with Chicken Mushroom and Salad</span><br /><br />Batter for Crepe<br />3 eggs<br />5 tbs unsalted butter (melted)<br />2 cups of milk<br />1 3/4 cup flour<br />A pinch of salt<br /><br />Beat eggs and milk and pour in the melted butter. Mix well.<br />Sift flour and salt, if you use salted butter, no need to put in salt, otherwise the taste won't be good! Mix flour into the egg mixture. Mix until smooth.<br /><br />For Chocolate Crepe, just add in melted chocolate approx 1/2 tbs to half of the batter.<br /><br />Use non-stick skillet and make a thin layer, use medium heat. Done crepe.<br /><br />Filling<br />400g Chicken Breast (skinned)<br />100g White button mushroom<br />3 tbs Butter<br />2 tbs cooking oil<br />Garlic<br />1/2 tbs flour<br />2 tbs milk<br /><br />Heat oil and butter, stir in garlic. Then, stir in flour. Stir for about 5-10 second, pour in milk, mushroom and chicken.
